Property Intelligence is intended for authorised members only. Access credentials should not be shared, and access may be removed when it is no longer required.

Information used by the site

The site may process account details, authentication information, technical logs, property research records, portfolio records, documents and communications required to operate the SMASH intelligence environment.

Purpose

Information is used to operate, secure and improve the private platform; organise research and evidence; maintain portfolio records; and support disciplined property analysis and decision-making.

Cookies and technical data

WordPress, the hosting environment and authentication services may use essential cookies and technical data needed for login, security, session management and site performance. The public website does not require a visitor account.

Property intelligence

Research records can contain information collected from public sources, documents supplied for due diligence, and internal analysis. Evidence quality and uncertainty are tracked separately from acquisition authority. The platform does not make autonomous offers, bids or acquisitions.

Data sharing

SMASH Global does not use the site as a public data marketplace. Information may be processed by service providers required to host, secure or operate the platform, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

Retention and corrections

Records are retained where they remain useful for operational, research, audit or portfolio purposes. Authorised users can raise corrections or access questions through the established SMASH communication channel.
